European pigs experts to meet in Hanover for 2nd ESPHM

From May 26 to 28, 2010 the 2nd European Symposium on Porcine Health Management (ESPHM) will be held in Hanover, Germany.

The event themed "Pig Health, Welfare and Performance" will cover presentations by international experts in pig health, short talks by scientists and practitioners from Europe and numerous poster presentations. The event is organized by the epidemiology chair of the School of Veterinary Medicine Bakum the Foundation and the European College of Porcine Health Management (ECPHM).

"The 2nd ESPHM will be the first international event in the new University Hospital of our University, according to spokesperson of the symposium Christina Planz.
